Every year a small number of Nebbiolo grapes are picked a little earlier in order to obtain a very drinkable and pleasant wine. The name Suasi comes from a local dialect meaning āchosenā.

When shaken, aromas of spices emerge, such as vanilla and cloves, acquired during the resting period in wood. Caramel-like essence with candied fruits.
