Ode – Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOC

From KIVELSTADT CELLARS Bright cranberry and raspberry. This walks the line between rosé and red wine having the tannins and acidity of a rosé, but all the color of a red.

From CA' DEL BAIO Straw yellow color. Delicately floral and fruity aroma with citrus and exotic fruit notes. Dry, cool, and long on the palate, with a slightly mineral aftertaste. Pair with meat and vegetable appetizers, grilled and baked fish, and fresh cheeses.

From USHER TINKLER Fermented as whole bunches and pressed off at the end of fermentation. This Semillon then spent 3 months in old French barrels previously used for our Chardonnay and underwent full malolactic fermentation. The result is a textural, juicy white wine with a zesty, dry finish.

From IMPERIALE - (FROLLANI) Ruby red color. Long and persistent in the nose. The taste is pleasant and well-balanced, on the palate it is warm and full-bodied with ripe fruit and firm tannins. Pairs particularly well with grilled meats.

From MOSNEL A deeply-fragrant rosé whose crisp, graceful Chardonnay finds its delicious complement in the fruit-rich depth of Pinot Noir and the supple roundedness of Pinot Blanc. Its gold-edged, powder-pink hue hints at fresh picked redcurrants and cherries on the nose, which then develop into ultra-crisp apricot and wild strawberry, peony petals and blood oranges, plus a subtle vein of fresh almond and cotton candy. It opens generously, warm, and full in the mouth, with energy-laden impressions of succulent, fresh picked pomegranate and red apple.

From SIMONE SCALETTA Red ruby brilliant color with violet reflections, it opens to the nose with fresh and fruity perfumes of blueberry and violet and velvet notes of almond. In the mouth it expresses harmony and pleasentness, with an almond note in the end. Even if it may be drunk when still young, it doesn’t fear aging for some years.
