Chablis

From CA' DEL BAIO The color is a deep garnet red with reflections of old pink. The nose is an intense, fruity aroma reminiscent of raspberries, jam, and violets that give an ethereal feeling accompanied by sweet spicy notes and hints of cocoa. In the mouth, Autinbej is warm, long, persistent and slightly tannic with an aftertaste of fruity notes.

From NOAH RIVER Golden straw in color. Big nose full of ripe pear, lychee, hazelnut, citrus zest, and toasty oak. Expressive, full-bodied palate of pear, tropical fruits, and citrus. Long finish with lingering notes of pear, green apple, and bright acidity.

From TUVÈ BY TURIN VERMOUTH It is a sweet, fresh, soft, delicate vermouth but its strong character can bring out the right harmony of intense and captivating flavors that make it rich and complex. Color: Pale Yellow Taste: Intense and delicately fruity aroma Alcohol content: 16% vol.

From PADRó & CO. Soft caramel in colour with shades of amber. Balsamic notes, aniseed and mountain herbs appear in the aromas. When shaken, aromas of spices emerge, such as vanilla and cloves, acquired during the resting period in wood. Caramel-like essence with candied fruits. In the mouth, initially warm and enveloping giving way to a blend of refreshing and elegant tanginess and a soft and velvety sweetness.   ABV 15%

From SIMONE SCALETTA Red intense color with brilliant tone. Nose openings of ripe plum on spicy background. It has a generous body with a high fixed acidity with a pleasant freshness and a good persistence. The further time in bottle will give complexity and pleasantness for the future years.

From GIANFRANCO ALESSANDRIA On the palate one finds blackberry, cherry, smoke, and earth. Soft tannins are provided by 12 months in neutral oak.
