The Rosso IGT "Imperfetto" from Imperiale is a pure cabernet.
Aged 18 months in barriques and then left to rest for another 8 months in the bottle, it is, on the other hand, a savory Red, with great personality, elegant and, at the same time, vigorous.

Its gold-edged, powder-pink hue hints at fresh picked redcurrants and cherries on the nose, which then develop into ultra-crisp apricot and wild strawberry, peony petals and blood oranges, plus a subtle vein of fresh almond and cotton candy.
