Pinot Nero Riserva, DOC (Blauburgunder)

From PADRó & CO. Soft caramel in colour with shades of amber. Balsamic notes, aniseed and mountain herbs appear in the aromas. When shaken, aromas of spices emerge, such as vanilla and cloves, acquired during the resting period in wood. Caramel-like essence with candied fruits. In the mouth, initially warm and enveloping giving way to a blend of refreshing and elegant tanginess and a soft and velvety sweetness.   ABV 15%

From CA' DEL BAIO Colour Bright garnet red, with slight orange tinges; nose intense, with fruity aromas of marasca cherries and hints of violets. Spicy notes of black pepper, liquorice and goudron; taste dry, warm and soft, showing a long, rich, smooth flavor.

From MAURO VEGLIO Fruity aromas with notes of amarena cherry and plum. Slightly acidic, with a well-balanced minerality and a final, delicate savoriness.

From MATTEO CORREGGIA Sweet floral notes of rose petal and violet. Juicy raspberry and blackberry fruit with exotic spices on the finish. Juicy and bright with no significant tannins.

From CLOS ROUSSELY Mid-ruby color with purple highlights. Aromas of raspberries, ripe cherries, wet earth and spice. Medium bodied with fine tannins and fresh acidity, juicy fruit flavors, and an invigorating finish with mineral and spice notes.

From ETéREA KRIPAN Eterea Kripan Phinca Hapa Elvillar Blanco 2021 exhibits a vibrant orange hue. On the nose, it is distinguished by its exotic and aromatic character, with hints of peach and fresh herbs. On the palate, it is fresh and well-balanced, with a robust structure that highlights a honeyed touch and an acidic finish that imparts freshness.
