Valdobbiadene Prosecco Brut, DOCG (Organic and Vegan)

From CHO This carbonated apple-grape wine is crafted by fermenting the remaining juice from lightly pressed sparkling grapes with the freshly pressed juice of seven locally grown heritage clone cider apples.

From KIVELSTADT CELLARS Bright cranberry and raspberry. This walks the line between rosé and red wine having the tannins and acidity of a rosé, but all the color of a red.

From MATTEO CORREGGIA Aromas of blue flowers, forest floor, eucalyptus, and sandalwood. Elegantly structured, the linear palate features dried cherry, espresso, and licorice against fine tannins.

From KIVELSTADT CELLARS This red blend has richness on the attack, yet finishes brightly thanks to the acid profile of the Grenache and Carignane.   A fantastic balance of fruit and earth, which is characteristic of southern Rhône blends. There is red fruit on the nose with notes of dried herbs and spices rounding out the palate on the finish.

From ANTOINE MAROIS Orange color. Hints of spices and undergrowth.  Rich and full in the mouth with a nice bitterness. ABV 6%
