Sauvignon Blanc “L’Escale”

From CA' DEL BAIO Colour ruby red with purplish highlights; nose intense and vinous, with delicate fruity overtones reminiscent of cherries, wild strawberries and blackberries; taste dry, with good balance and acidity, and a nicely almondy finish.

From MURI-GRIES Pale straw yellow color. Intensely aromatic with typical notes of nutmeg, pepper, elderflower, and acacia. Fresh and pleasantly acidic, light minerality and long in the finish. Pair with snacks, finger food, fish, meat, crustaceans and fresh cheeses.

From CA' DEL BAIO A floral Moscato with a sweet and juicy palate that offers flavors of melon sorbet, candied ginger, and lime zest.

From SIMONE SCALETTA Red ruby brilliant color with violet reflections, it opens to the nose with fresh and fruity perfumes of blueberry and violet with velvet notes of almond. In the mouth it expresses harmony and pleasantness, with an almond note in the end. 90 pts Wine Enthusiast

From FLâNEUR Violets and sweet freesia, followed by aromas of blackberry kombucha and coriander. The wine drinks like an icy grape popsicle, with bits of wild strawberry and olive oil.  A lithe and lean texture, with blazing acidity.

From ANTOINE MAROIS From a a single variety of pear called “Plant de Blanc”.   Fresh and floral with crisp pear and sea breeze. Fresh in the mouth with fine, persistent bubbles. Dry with sweet fruit at the front, followed by a nice bitterness. Balanced acidity with a hint of salt. ABV 3.5%
