Our Tempus is a classic red wine, refined in structure and exotic. Made with Corvina and Merlot grapes, hand-harvested in the first decades of October, it is rich in aromas and flavors. Once tasted, it presents notes of cherry and black pepper.
Hand harvested during the first 10-20 days of October, after which grapes are destemmed and crushed. As the alcoholic fermentation ends, the wine gets refined in steel before it is barreled.
Food Pairing
It pairs well with Mediterranean-style pasta or flavorful risotto such as with mushrooms or truffles.

From KIVELSTADT CELLARS This red blend has richness on the attack, yet finishes brightly thanks to the acid profile of the Grenache and Carignane. Â A fantastic balance of fruit and earth, which is characteristic of southern RhĂŽne blends. There is red fruit on the nose with notes of dried herbs and spices rounding out the palate on the finish.

From BARONE DI VILLAGRANDE The Etna is a totally different world wine-wise speaking, not only in comparison to the rest of Sicily but to the entire Mediterranean area. You can feel this in the delicate fruity, herbal and berry notes, made smooth by the chestnut barrels in which this wine ages for 12 months.
