Vermut Myrrha Bianco

From ANTOINE MAROIS From a a single variety of pear called “Plant de Blanc”.   Fresh and floral with crisp pear and sea breeze. Fresh in the mouth with fine, persistent bubbles. Dry with sweet fruit at the front, followed by a nice bitterness. Balanced acidity with a hint of salt. ABV 3.5%

From KIVELSTADT CELLARS Aromas of vermouth, orange blossom, and green tea. On the palate there is a slight bitterness from the skin contact fermentation which is pulled to the finish by the acidity.

From FARELLA Dark garnet in color. The nose is full of cranberry, pomegranate, sage, and white pepper. Opulent tannins provide a framework for black cherry and forest floor flavors. There is a strong sense of minerality that offers a note of salinity in the elegant finish.

From SIMONE SCALETTA Red ruby brilliant color with violet reflections, it opens to the nose with fresh and fruity perfumes of blueberry and violet and velvet notes of almond. In the mouth it expresses harmony and pleasentness, with an almond note in the end. Even if it may be drunk when still young, it doesn’t fear aging for some years.

From GIANFRANCO ALESSANDRIA High acid, low tannin, fruity and floral. In the nose one finds red fruit, currant , and blackberry.
