From CA' DEL BAIO Straw yellow color. Delicately floral and fruity aroma with citrus and exotic fruit notes. Dry, cool, and long on the palate, with a slightly mineral aftertaste. Pair with meat and vegetable appetizers, grilled and baked fish, and fresh cheeses.

From VINCENT COUCHE Light and refreshing.  The nose is a blend of melted butter and burnt caramel. On the palette there are notes of apple, lemon zest, almond, graham cracker, and coconut. Very long finish. Suitable for ageing.

From CHO Aromas of cherries, red currants, mushrooms, and sweet spices. Light to medium-bodied, with sleek tannins and fresh acidity. Bright and juicy with a flavorful, savory finish. ABV 13.9% (91 pts., Wine Enthusiast).

From DIRUPI Deep aromas of crushed raspberry and blackberry and dried rose petals. The palate is herbaceous, soft, and supple with graceful tannins and a long finish.
