Our Tempus is a classic red wine, refined in structure and exotic. Made with Corvina and Merlot grapes, hand-harvested in the first decades of October, it is rich in aromas and flavors. Once tasted, it presents notes of cherry and black pepper.
Hand harvested during the first 10-20 days of October, after which grapes are destemmed and crushed. As the alcoholic fermentation ends, the wine gets refined in steel before it is barreled.
Food Pairing
It pairs well with Mediterranean-style pasta or flavorful risotto such as with mushrooms or truffles.
