OurĀ TempusĀ is a classicĀ red wine, refined in structure and exotic. Made with Corvina and Merlot grapes, hand-harvested in the first decades of October, it is rich in aromas and flavors. Once tasted, it presents notes of cherry and black pepper.
Hand harvested during the first 10-20 days of October, after which grapes are destemmed and crushed. As the alcoholic fermentation ends, the wine gets refined in steel before it is barreled.
