From LUCIEN REYMOND White grapefruit, green melon, peach pit,honeysuckle and green mango peel balanced by mineral notes of sea salt, herbs, wet stones and crushed chalk.

From FARELLA Aromas of wild cherry, paprika and allspice. Medium-to-full-bodied with silky tannins. Bright acidity and pleasant freshness. Hints of white pepper and oregano.

From ANTOINE MAROIS From a a single variety of pear called “Plant de Blanc”.   Fresh and floral with crisp pear and sea breeze. Fresh in the mouth with fine, persistent bubbles. Dry with sweet fruit at the front, followed by a nice bitterness. Balanced acidity with a hint of salt. ABV 3.5%
