Flavors of macerated strawberries, pomegranate and raspberry are accompanied by a briny olive tapenade, black tea leaves, and cedar wood. From TIME PLACE 17 months in 66% new French oak aging. This Deep Purple wine is full of aromas of dark, black plum and cassis. A luxurious palate of blackberry and cigar box with hints of ripe plum leads to a long finish with chewy but supple tannins.

From ANTOINE MAROIS From a a single variety of pear called “Plant de Blanc”.   Fresh and floral with crisp pear and sea breeze. Fresh in the mouth with fine, persistent bubbles. Dry with sweet fruit at the front, followed by a nice bitterness. Balanced acidity with a hint of salt. ABV 3.5%

From MAURO VEGLIO Fruity aromas with notes of amarena cherry and plum. Slightly acidic, with a well-balanced minerality and a final, delicate savoriness.

From NOAH RIVER Dark ruby in color. Complex nose brimming with blackberry, rhubarb, plum, orange peel, and marjoram. Ripe, medium to full-bodied flavors of cassis, red raspberry, and plum. Long finish with notes of red fruit, plum, and tobacco.

From PADRó & CO. Soft caramel in colour with shades of amber. Balsamic notes, aniseed and mountain herbs appear in the aromas. When shaken, aromas of spices emerge, such as vanilla and cloves, acquired during the resting period in wood. Caramel-like essence with candied fruits. In the mouth, initially warm and enveloping giving way to a blend of refreshing and elegant tanginess and a soft and velvety sweetness.   ABV 15%
