Vinification in stainless steel with daily must withdrawal and maceration of the skins for 10-20 days. Aged in oak barrels for 24 months and then bottle aged for an additional 24 months.
Intense ruby red color with garnet hues. Red fruit aromas such as mulberry & blackberry, with bitter cocoa, tobacco, and menthol notes. The palate is highlighted with soft and fresh tannins that are stylistic of a wine that is suitable for long aging.
